4 months (give or take)

This past month has been full of lots of crazy transitions. San Francisco to Utah, grandmas house with grandma and grandpa there, grandmas house without grandma and grandpa, granny and Grampys house, Utah to bentonville, etc... Because of all this craziness Ezra just had his four month check up today, 3 weeks late. And Anders just had his 2 year check up today, almost 3 months late.

Both boys are healthy and doing well. ezra weighed in at 17.5 lbs! I kbe he was heavy, but did not realize just how heavy he was! I was anticipating him to be somewhere in the 15's. We sure do love him, thunder thighs and all :)

He is still working on sitting up on his own. He can sit in the tripod position for a while, as long as he is looking at something in front of him :) He is starting to reach for and grasp toys.

He is still eating about every 3 hours, which means he is up an average 3 or 4 times a night. But he generally eats and goes right back to sleep, so it's not the worst thing in the world. He can actually last up to 5 hours between feelings if he is being distracted and entertained, it's happened a few times during the day, but I have noticed that when he goes longer between feelings in the day he tends to wake up more often and is hungrier during the night. Totally not worth it.

His new favorite activity is taking a bath with Anders. They both get so excited and splash and kick and giggle. It is pretty adorable.

The dr said that I should feel free to start humongous baby food (fruits/veggies/cereal) I just don't think I'm ready for it yet. Though Ezra would probably love it. He has started watching the food ever so intently as it goes from our plates into our mouths :)

He is super ticklish, and never fails to give the most adorable giggles and smiles when you tickle his belly or under his chin (sounds like a puppy...).
